Getting Visibility

Some people are more active than others when it comes to driving traffic to their profiles. Not everyone knows what to do to achieve the traffic they're looking for. There are a many things you can do to get traffic going on your NuMuBu profile that will give you the visibility you need to find gigs, contracts, collaborators, etc.

1. Send friend requests on a daily basis to NuMuBu members of interest. Most people are happy to begin networking and to exchange ideas with new friends. And they'll come check out your profile as well to find out more about you.

2. If you have a Twitter account, tweet about your NuMuBu profile often and ask those who are following you to retweet your tweets. This method can really help to multiply your efforts in a hurry, and most people are eager to help others as they may need similar help some day.

3. If you're on Facebook, list your NuMuBu profile link on your wall, ask your friends to help you by doing the same on their walls, and post it to the walls of any group or fan pages that you're a member of.

4. Add the NuMuBu profile to your own web site or blog. You can either provide a link from your web site or blog to your NuMuBu profile or you can actually embed your entire profile in to your web site.
